Giving the Correct Medication

There are six things in the correct delivery of drugs, among others:

4. The time is right
The correct time is a time where the drug is prescribed should be given to the client.
5. The correct route

6. The correct documentation
Documentation is on record that the appropriate information about drugs that have been given include the name of medication, dose, route, time and date, initials
